2. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HelloKid for personal, non-commercial educational purposes on compatible mobile devices. All artwork, vector illustrations, sound effects, characters, logos, and software code remain the exclusive property of Agnixbit.

3. Parent & Guardian Responsibility

HelloKid is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for managing device usage and screen time.

4. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance HelloKid features and content over time to provide a better educational experience.
